Best Time to Visit
The ideal months to visit the UAE are October to April, when temperatures are warm and pleasant (20-30°C). Summer months (May-September) bring intense heat but also significant hotel discounts and indoor attractions. December and January are peak season with the Dubai Shopping Festival and Abu Dhabi F1 Grand Prix.
Getting Around
The UAE has excellent infrastructure. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have modern metro systems and extensive taxi networks. Intercity travel is easy via well-maintained highways, with Dubai to Abu Dhabi taking roughly 90 minutes by car. Private transfers and chauffeur services are widely available and recommended for touring between emirates.
Visa & Entry
Citizens of many countries receive visa-free entry or a visa on arrival for 30-90 days. The UAE has one of the world's most accessible visa regimes. All visitors must hold a passport valid for at least six months. Dress modestly when visiting mosques and religious sites, and be mindful of local customs during the holy month of Ramadan.
